I currently have a pay monthly contract which ends in June 2020. I pay £17.55 which is discounted by £7.02 I have had a message saying that my charge is "automatically going down from  £33.05 to £21.05"

This doesn't sound like anything has gone down! Can anyone explain?

Is there an email address for O2 to ask this question?

Hi @Malcp 

Unfortunately we cannot access accounts on the community forum so i cannot look into it. I would suggest trying to get hold of Customer service on 202 so they can better explain whats going on with your discounts and charges.

 

When your contract is finished you can change to a Sim only contract to reduce your bill via the MY O2 app or by logging into MY O2.
