Solved: copies of previous bills

How do I download copies of previous bills, I need previous 18 months. Used to be able to download them, I can now only get previous 6 months. When did this change??

It's a known issue that O2 are slowly fixing.

More months seem to be appearing daily so keep checking.

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
