This is not customer services. 

You can find out easily from either the App or Webversion of Myo2 and seeing when you are able to upgrade, that is your contract end date

Using the website log on to MyO2  http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

Along the top you will see the heading MORE. Click on that and see Tariff details. If you click on that it will show you start and finish of your contract
