hello i was just wondering what the correct way was to cancel my monthly contract ...contract ends 15/8/2013....is it a simple phone call or a letter..if a letter what address etc do i send to...thanx for help....david

Hi there.

You will need to give a 30 day notice period.

You can give this over the phone by calling 202 from your mobile.

Yes 30 day notice is required, but if still in contract you'll need to pay off the rest of your contract in a lump sum afaik
