@microz123131 Your contract would not have expired. It would have just become a one month rolling contract. Your calls have most likely been cut off because you haven't paid your bill. Apart from the guide offered by @Cleoriff you also need to speak to customer service: Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Edit: If you don't settle what you still owe to O2 it will affect your credit score.

Numbers heres so use Skype
Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support
Advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 4445, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to an advisor.
Press Upgrade, Lost/Stolen or Fraud if you have to.

I was wondering if anyone could advise me how to transfer from my current rolling contract to sim only contract
i want to order a new 5g sim from a sim only deal for 18 months
i was previously on a 24 month contract which expired in June 2018. (Samsung S7)
Since then i have been a monthly rolling contract. (F+F 50% discount)
I have pre-ordered a s21 ultra 5g from samsung website
I also want to keep my current O2 number
how do i go about this transfer from my current rolling monthly contract payment to a sim only / monthly contract for 18 months.
