Hi @kasia2 this is not o2 you are talking to. They will not see your post. Please call 202 from your phone to contact customer service & cancel your contract

Unless you have reached the minimum term of your contract there will be cancellation fees to pay.
If on refresh, you just need to completely pay off the device plan and you can give 30 days notice to cancel the airtime for free.
How refresh works here https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-does-O2-Refresh-work/ba-p/1014093
If you are planning on keeping your phone to use on another network or to maximise it's value to sell on, you should get it unlocked now, whilst it is free to do so.

Best of luck with your new network and please do check that it gives you good coverage where you live and work etc before committing to a long term contract.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
