Can someone please explain to me why is it I have a contract phone but it says that I haven't got any thing on my account? I would like an upgrade.

What do you mean by you have not got anything on my account ?

If you go into your My02 it will help you regarding your account.

If needed phone 02 by dialling 202 from your phone to clarify your upgrade options.
