Solved: contract phone swap.

hi i have the samsung galaxy s3 in white on contract. its currently in for repair with o2. i was just wondering if they have to replace the handset will i be able to get it in another colour?

ive heard so many different answers that im not sure who to believe lol.

You will get your original handset repaired. If it cannot be repaired you will be offered a replacement refurbished phone. At that point you can negotiate a different phone if you wish to.
