If you have received the T&C then you have been accepted. Keep a look out on My02 & you should see when the device has been dispatched.
If the device was in stock at the time of ordering & you havent heard or seen anything then give Customer service a call on 202 or if you are not already on 02 its 03448090202.

Just keep checking in My O2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2.... once it has been dispatched you will see it in there. If there is any delay it may well be it's out of stock. Should you see nothing then contact customer services to check the status of your order http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

No. It means you have been accepted and your plan will start today...it doesn't mean you will get the phone today. Give CS a call now. They will be able to tell you when the phone will be dispatched http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus
