ok my contract finished yesterday on the 20th and my last bill is on the 22th.. after 22th what happens how do i tell them i dont want to add another contract?

Ring 202 NO CHOICE.

If you do Nothing you will you will drop onto a 30 day rolling contract.

Give 30 days notice or by asking for a PAC code and giving that to your new network ,this will cancel your o2 contract.

You will them receive your final o2 bill.

After that you will get a zero bill when you can then if you wish cancel any direct debit set up.

well here is another thing im thinking.. i have ordered a iphone 5s from carphonewarehouse bcz o2 is bein stupid and slow and i chose o2 network so do i get billed from my o2 account or carphonewarehouse

well when i ordered from carphone i never had to put my number down or anything linked with this o2 account so how how does it get linked

The o2 contract you took out needs to be closed via 02. Simple and clear cut.

All CPW did was open the contract and supplied a phone.

If you cancel your running 02 contract that's that.

You would have to start afresh.

That's why you really need to upgrade if you want a new phone and stay on the original number.

Which you know only too well ref your other threads.
