My contract ends on Feb 13th but I have ordered a new phone from o2 which was not available on up grade. Will my old contract finish on the 13th of Feb or do I have to contact someone.

Your best bet is to contact CS and inform them. That way you can keep the number and make sure you don't incur extra charges come end of feb:)

You need to cancel your contract or it will continue as a rolling 30 day contract.
