contract ended yet still being charged monthly

12mth contract ended 3 months ago yet YOU are still taking monthly payments from my account why when you can clearly see the phone hasnt been used for 6mths

Yes I gathered this an hour after I posted Nick. Sadly too late to go back and amend. However it does answer the question I had in my mind at the time (which really was...if you have no phone why would you want a new sim)

I'm guessing the Op thought with no phone and no sim the contract had finished. Lesson learned hopefully.
