Solved: contract cancellation - full bill

Hiyah! I've just left o2 not too long ago as I got a good deal with someone else. Got my Pac code sorted as well, already using my new contract, obviously cancelled the one with o2. I'll have to pay my last bill that due in few days and I was just wondering how can I claim half of the month back when I cancelled my contract. I wasn't with the company anymore and I'm not too sure if I have to pay the full amount of £37.

You must pay the full bill that O2 generate but if you end up overpaying they will refund you.
Seems a bit silly but it's the way the billing system works and if you don't pay the requested amount you will end up with a default on your credit account.

Your final bill should be adjusted automatically to match when you leave.
