Hi,
I am wondering if anybody can help me on here. I have recently renewed my contract this morning from Iphone 12 pro max to iphone 14 plus. I am entitled to NHS discount due to being in the medical profession. I have sent my work email through which has been registered but when i go to click on my phone number to apply discount it states my phone number is not up for discount due to my contract not being on o2 refresh. Is this because i have not yet received my new device/started a new contract? Because when i have received my email of my new contract details it stays my new phone details along with o2 refresh?
I am confused.

In the first instance, the system hasn't yet caught up with the upgrade, so it's too early to apply.
However, the iPhone14 is currently on the discount exemption list, so no discounts can be applied to this device yet.

The iPhone 14 is not eligible for O2 Open as yet. It's due to it being a flagship phone.
