Can you suggest how people can contact you after you’ve cut our lines off as says it will transfer then doesn’t and the number expected to ring you can’t as calls being diverted. it’s actually ridiculous how you think we’re be able to contact you with this happening

@Loz26

All numbers we know here Guide: Coronavirus Community Help and Support

The best number to call on appears to be 0800 587 4005

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

I’ve tried all the numbers but where they have diverted all my calls none of them work and just transfers to an automated service which hangs up

@Loz26 You'll have to keep trying the numbers. No other way at the moment. Choose any option, even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. O2 has handled the treatment of their customers incredibly poorly during this crisis.

I DO NOT WORK FOR O2

You can use Skype to call the 0800 numbers in the guide and post above...

Please note, this is not customer services and we cannot access your account. Do not publish personal details (email, phone number, bank account).
