Hi,

Remove your sim and give it a clean.

You could also be in need of a replacement sim card which can be collected from your 02 High-Street Store.

Then either perform the Sim Swap instore or at home via here :

http://swapmysim.o2.co.uk/

This process can take from 2 hours approx to 24 hours approx for all your services to return.

Also check this link to see your Network status.

http://status.o2.co.uk/

Finally maybe your phone is at fault so if you can try your sim in an alternative phone to see if things become stable or not.

If not does then things to do with your phone are :

Update your phones software.

Check the settings throughout such as network apn's etc.

Have the phone checked out by 02 or the manufacturer which would be free if under warranty, or a charge would be applied. Or maybe a trusted repair shop highstreet store.

Finally possibly recycling your phone and upgrading or buying another.

Hope ive helped.
