concerned payment

Hi i've longed on to my direct debit and im paying an extra £10 on top of my bill i was just wondering if this has anything to do with insurance on the phone.

Do you mean that your monthly bill is higher than expected, or that you have another direct debit for £10?

Look in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 and you will see a full breakdown of all charges.
