claiming samsung watch

Hello, 

 

I've just got my new samsung s20 and im trying to claim the samsung active watch, i did all this online so dont have a recipt as such. i have the confirmation but it doesn't all the right info that samsung are asking for. Has anyone else had the same problem? has anyone else claimed theirs yet? if so what documents did you use?

 

Please help.

You need to go to your recent orders in your MyO2 and print your phone order as a pdf.

It will save to your phone, which you can then use to attach to your claim.

My o2 says its still tracking my order. Obviously its not been updated yet. Do i have to wait until this goes through? i cant see anywhere that will let me download my order recipt as a pdf.

Yes you will need to wait for it to show,

If nothing happens, 

You'll need to call customer service.

Or advice from an O2 Guru regarding a way to get through:
If you call 202, when it comes to the reason you are calling stay silent for 15 seconds and you will be taken to the keypad options.
Press 2 for Everything Else
Press 5 for More Options
Press 7 for Anything Else which will put you though to someone.
Say "Upgrade", "Lost/Stolen" or "Fraud" if you have to, to get put through to someone.
