How do you claim back the £240 deal 🤔 it said use form on o2 account but I can't see it

Which cash back deal was this with?

It is likely they are asking you for the invoice/receipt of purchase.
You can download the invoice on myO2 as a proof of purchase

Or you can call customer service to help you get your proof of purchase in case you can't find it on myO2
