It's in My O2 as said. In the section headed MORE> Click on that and you will see TARIFF DETAILS. Click on that and your contract start and end date will be displayed

Hi @cheryl65
Welcome to the o2 Community forum
If you would like to check with o2 customer services this may help you
you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this

It's in your MyO2.
It will tell you when your device payment ends or just your tariff if on sim only
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.

@dean6699 - on Mobile, when you click on the down arrow next to Tariff, you also see your tariff name and detail as @Cleoriff shows in her screenshot from the PC view of the MyO2 website:
If you are already out of contract, it will say something like "you can upgrade today", as you will have reverted to a monthly rolling "contract".
Good luck, @dean6699.
