i think i have bent pins and i phone 7 will not charge  so will o2 collect deliver as olny 6 month old

looked at pages fo return for repair  but can not unlock back up etc as phone is  dead and useless as will not charge

Not sure what else you can do then. If you return it, they will do a master reset and you will lose everything.

Is there anyway it could be linked to a PC so you can save important data?

They only tell you to backup as they wipe it, the unlocking part might not be an issue as only the charge port needs repair, so they might not need it unlocking, alternatively many 3rd party repair shops can do this repair in a few minutes as the charging connector can detach separately and is quite an easy job for them.

no as tried charging by usb to computer  thats why i tried here  so will have to wait for shop to open i guess but still paying bill

@viridis  are there any repair places open though? That would have been my first choice otherwise.

I'm sure one or two will be, if not, off to O2 repair.
Worth noting that the warranty will only be kept valid if O2 or apple repair it.
