changing user name and password, new person in this role, previous person left company

Anonymous
Not applicable

I am new in this role and the person who had this role before was the primary person who logged in and accessed all the information.

Can you please instruct me on how I can change the user and login details, as I do not know what they are

Hi @Anonymous either you or your company will need to contact customer services as this will be for them to sort out https://www.o2.co.uk/contactus

I'm guessing this may be a business account related question, in which case you need to call 8002 to speak to business customer services.
I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.
Please select the post that helped you best and mark as the solution. This helps other members in resolving their issues faster. Thank you.
