You need to ring customer services Guide: How to find help & contact O2 and ask them to amend the date, you can't do this yourself.
To ensure there are no complications, speak to an adviser do not use live chat.

@AJ72 I forgot to mention that the best time to ring is between 8-8:30am to avoid a long time on hold. Again good luck
