I would like to change my tariff. Right now I am paying too much and I want to change it. I am on self-isolation so I can't go to the shop and the live chat is not working. I wonder if I can chang it somehow online.

@Kornelia

You can change tariff or upgrade in your MyO2 without going anywhere http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2

I have no affiliation whatsoever with O2 or any subsidiary companies. Comments posted are entirely of my own opinion. This is not Customer Service so we are unable to help with account specific issues.

Currently using:
Pixel 7a (O2 & Lyca), One Plus 6 (Sfr), iPhone 12 Pro Max (Vodafone)

No, unless you are on a sim only contract where you can upgrade.

If on Refresh you can flex your tariff up and down once a month

https://www.o2.co.uk/refresh/flexible-tariffs

You need to call O2 to discuss your options @Kornelia
