Can someone help me to change my payment details. I need to change the payment from a business account to a personal account and the website states you need to telephone but no department is answering this quiery at the moment.

You can change the bank account in your MyO2 under Manage my details.

yes but i cannot change the name on the bank account which is what i need to do
