Hi i would like to change my payment date to the 15th of every month please

To change the date you need to call customer service as we are all customers here with no access to your account. 

Call 202, you need 6 working days before the due date so as it's only the 3rd you will be fine.

@Anonymous  No one from o2 will see this or change anything so you need to call as jonsie says above please.
