Hi

As I have changed jobs, I wuld likew to set my montly payment plan to the 28th of every month. At the moment its the 27th and I keep getting over drawn charges.

Hi @Anonymous You need to call customer service to change the date. You can only change account details in My O2.

Just posting to let the op know that this isn't CS so we can't change the date for them.
