change of tariff

I recently signed up to O2 after being a loyal t-mobile user.

my current taffif is £37 a month which includes unlimited texts, unlimited calls and 1gb of data.

I hardly text and I hardly ever call but I do tend to run out of data towards the end of the month.

when I purchased the phone, the salesman said 'when you run outbof data they dont cut you off, they just slow you down' but with the reduced speed, O2 might as well cut you off...

is there any chance (I don't want to pay less) I could change my tariff or am I stuck running out of data every month until August 2014?

Thanks,

Nick

You could upgrade your tariff, for an extra £5/month I believe the data is 2GB.

Only other option is to use wifi whenever possible and try to just use mobile data when away from home.

Or when you have run out of data you could pay for and apply a data bolt on.

I'm awaiting a 2gb data package on payg !

When you run out they slow it down, they don't charge you anymore, something to do with fair usage
