my tariff/contract expires 30th october 2020. my new contract begins 1st november 2020. you have asked for details of my banking account, but you already have these for my old contract ; why do you  need these again?

Your direct debit should continue if you have one already set up.

If you've received a text asking for bank details It's a well known scam.
Block the number and report it free to 7726.
