change nilling date

I get paid on the 16th but my phone bills are due 8th if I ring up will they change my dates

Yes, just give CS a call on 202 and they can change the date for you.

Yeah. If you call customer service and explain the situation they can change the date. Be prepared that they may ask you for a little upfront or advise you the next bill will be larger to accommodate the difference in dates.

Perhaps ask for the new date to be a day or two after your salary date so you know your available funds will be there.

Generally mine is fine too but on the rare occurrence my salary payment has glitched have learnt to have my direct debits to come out a few days after.
