hello I need to change my bank details so that my daughter pays the bills.. i am assured it can be done online but i cant find it.

pleasecan someone tell me where the details are on the website or app - preferably both, then i can upgrade for her

It's in the "Manage My Details" section of your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2
You will need to set a pin the first time you use the service so have your phone with you to receive the cofirmation code.
