Hi Im changing banks and need to change my DD details - Been around the site several times not intuitive how to update bank details

You should be able to change your bank details in your MyO2 http://www.o2.co.uk/myo2 under "Manage My Details"

@jans You need to speak to customer service. 0800 587 4005 seems to be the best of the numbers to start with. Select any option. Even fraud or lost/stolen if necessary. It's the only way to get through.
