hi looking to speak to someone from 02 regarding my bill but because of covid 19 its impossible any help appreciated tried the o2 number and pay monthly number but no good cant speak with anyone

You need to speak to customer services payment management team.
During these difficult times o2 are short staffed and under pressure. Not able to offer chat and their stores closed.
So patience will be required. Try your call early 08.00am keep trying use any option keep going I'm sure o2 customer services will try and do their best to help as much as they can.
