cant remove a bolt on

I want to remove the calls and messaging bolt on but when I try to do it, it says that theres a technical error.

The error message shown on My O2: Sorry, one of more numbers provided by you are not valid mobile numbers.

What should I do?

Try a different browser or clear the cache on your own. If this doesn't fix it either wait an hour and try again or get in contact with customer services who'll be able to do it for you:)
