Dear Sir.

I have a problem with my mobile i cannot recive incoming calls only it rings once then cuts off? i can however call out on it i have tried putting it in a different phone but it is the same, i am abroad but i have never had this trouble before, i just put a load on it through the web site that went ok so i think the problem is aty your end maybe it needs to be activated, but like i said i have never had this problem before.

Hope you can help and i look forward to your reply.

@allcollYou may not have roaming activated on your phone so contact customer services from the number in the link given above and check it out.

You could also lengthen the time of your ringtone https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-and-Pay-Go/How-to-Lengthen-Ringtime-on-any-O2-Mobile/m-p/3...

One other thing to try is a different network. Do a manual search and change the network you are using currently ....

Dial ##002# then press the call or send key as if you were dialing the number.
This will cancel any network diverts on the account.

You can get your PAC to retain your number https://community.o2.co.uk/t5/Pay-Monthly-Pay-and-Go/How-to-get-your-PAC-2017-Update/ba-p/1052278
