I only started back at work last week. I need an extension on my bill but can't get through to anyone. Please advise

So sorry to hear your difficult situation. You need to call o2 customer services and ask for the payment management team. This is very difficult now because o2 are short staffed.
Unfortunately you will need to keep trying. Try 08.00am.
