This looks like something you’d need to call O2’s customer service team about – give them a call on 202 or 0344 809 0202
Use the specific Payment management number 0800 902 0217
The opening times are:
Monday to Friday – 8am to 8pm
Saturday – 8am to 6pm
Sunday – 9am to 6pm

O2 no longer accept payment by Bank Transfer, as per this page here https://www.o2.co.uk/help/account-and-billing/how-to-pay
You may be allowed if on a payment plan but that is at the discretion of o2..
So if you pay by Bank Transfer you will end up in a world of pain, best thing to do is setup a Direct Debit...

I stated that a few weeks ago
I would never ever do a bank transfer to O2
It will disappear and the phone will be barred and a never ending saga begins
Stress and bad credit just to name two problems

Think its time the payment guide got updated...
@Dave-O2 can the guide be either removed or amended, to save people making bank transfers and ending up in a world of pain, as the link above says no longer permitted, and is not a valid payment method..

I wrote that guide and it took a damn long time. I'm quite happy to update it as required and if requested by @Dave-O2 .
However, I'd rather you didn't take it on yourself to ask for it to be removed when many of the forum guides (written by others) need updating as well as that one.
