It can take up to 24 hours for it to become active.

How long ago was it done?
Nothing sucks more than that moment during an argument when you realize you’re wrong. So Ive been told wink

Liquid is right, the transfer of your number can take 24 hours to update on your new sim card.

If you haven't done so already, try switching your phone on and off again to see if it helps the sim card to update with the changes that O2 have pushed through the network.

I tried switching on and off twice but no luck. Think I will just have to wait until tomorrow morning and see if it becomes active. Thanks for the replies though guys 🙂

Thanks Liquid. But I am still having the same problem today. Called O2 and the person couldn't solve the problem. So they have escalated it to their admin department....

Either the new SIM may be faulty or inserted incorrectly into the phone.....

Tried re-inserting it again and restarting. No avail. No response from O2 as well 😞

I changed a week ago. The lad said there was bar on it but he removed it when he changed my phone over for me
