cant get through to custoner service

Hello

I activated a payg sim last night, was told by the automated line that i was on the basic charge per call and message Simplicity tariff. I wanted to go on the Big Talker bundle. I topped up £20 and it automatically took £10 and stuck me on the Big Bundle with 100 mins and 1000 texts. It didn't let me choose at all.

This bundle is useless to me.

I have been trying to get through to cs but when i opt for the tariff and bolt on an anniversary option it just says that it is no longer available

I just want my credit back and/ or putting on a better bundle of my choosing.

Don't fancy contacting live chat as read negative comments.

Also, it wont send me a code for Priority app

Thanks

Hi

You would then have to keep trying 4445

I know how you feel about live chat and its up to you about using them, however I had the very same issue and they returned the credit and activated the big bundle tariff I wanted to be on all in minutes.

I may have a try at live chat, whats the worst that can happen lol.

Otherwise will keep trying cs, maybe they are just exceptionally busy

For what you are trying to achieve I would AVOID Live Chat like the plague.

Keep trying 4445

However if you choose to try Live Chat the general advice on here would be "at your own risk". Almost all of the regulars recommend avoiding it for anything other than the very BASIC of questions

Good Evening Paulrules11

It does seem customer services have been busy for a while now.

Try calling early morning or late evening maybe.

Hope you get through swiftly.

@Anonymous

Live Chat is only suitable for very basic stuff. Is it anything we as customers can help with here? As a general rule we avoid live chat.

I am in my second week of contacting CS and have been on hold for up to 40 mins. The service is diabolical.
