Hi @Anonymous. You will need to contact customer services to see why you are having problems http://www.o2.co.uk/contactus  It could be something to do with incorrect log in details

It may not update for 24 hours. I upgraded last week & my new details didn't show until the following day

 Check your spam emails in case it slipped through the filter but your log in details shouldn't have changed. As suggested it's probably slow to update.
