I have trying to cancel my phone insurance but being cut off with no options... how do i cancel my insurance please?

How do I cancel O2 Insure?

Your rights: Unless the policy is free, you can cancel it within 14 days of receiving your policy documents and you won’t be charged as long as you haven’t claimed. After this period you can cancel the policy giving 30 days’ notice. You may have to pay a premium for the time you were covered by the insurance. Please refer to the full terms, conditions and exclusions of your O2 insurance policy.
