cancelling e-billing and getting printed bills instead

I have ebilling. How do I cancel this and get printed bills by post?

Why can I not send this simple request directly by email without chasing around your website in circles. And not finding the answer there?

There is no email contact anymore, sorry.
You will have to call CS to ask about paper bills too

Remember it is £1 for Standard bill and £1.50 for an itimised bill per month
