I’ve paid off a device and cancelled the airtime contract, but they said it can take 30 days for the number to be cut off. Is there a way it can be cut off sooner? And I will still put the final bill.

If moving to a new network, just get your PAC which will cancel your contract immediately when the number port is processed by your new network.

We’re just customers like you but it sounds like you’ll need someone to access your account which can’t be done from here. If you message O2 on Facebook (https://o2uk.co/O2CFB) , Twitter (https://o2uk.co/O2CTW) or Instagram (https://o2uk.co/O2CIG) , they should be able to help you with this
