I cancelled my contract with O2 on the 13/04/2020. I had a settlement bill which was payed in full. The sim has be voided and yet this month I get another bill for air time. When I tried to sort this out via the "messaging service" I could not be helped as I did not have the correct information. How do I go about sorting out a bill for account that does not exist?
