I have been a customer with O2 for about 10years, give or take. I do expect some level of decency when needing them to deal with any of my enquiries. Is that too much to ask?
Not at all. Unfortunately you couldn't pick a worse time to contact customer service as you probably realise but I'm not trying to make excuses for them. Incidently after reading your initial post I tried online chat and got through ok?
