Well done, by the time a "consultant" was available to speak to me my mobile had run flat.

hi @Anonymous ,

 

There is not a lot of information to go on but based on the title, if what u r trying to do is cancel your contract I'm afraid you need to call 202 again. If it's a Pac code you are after online chat can help.

Just make sure you have a look at your contract on my O2, to make sure you don't get any unexpected termination fees. Hope this helps. slight_smile
