hi, my contract has recently expired, due to the fact that I do not want pay monthly service, I would like to cancel the continuation of my contract and go on pay as you go. I note that I do not have the opportunity to go to the o2 facility at this moment, so I prefer online contact, unfortunately the live chat is still unavailable in a few days, some ideas how to do it? thank you

@casper You can call O2 customer service for free on 202 from your mobile.

@casper call customer service on 202 and ask to migrate to PAYG. They will process the change and send you a new SIM card which you must use. Once you activate this new SIM, your contract will end immediately and your final bill will be generated. Remember to pay this final bill to avoid and issues with your credit rating in the future.
