I wan to cancel my 3 accounts with 02, i have tried ringing x4 on different days. It goes through to ringing then it rings out and goes dead. I am loosing my will with this contract. Please help.

You need to contact O2.

If you have multiple lines on the same account, @Annemarie1980 - you may need to persist with O2 via phone (202) or Social Media (link just below) - this is pointed out at the very end of the guide shared with you above. Don't be tempted to cancel any Direct Debit at this stage, as it will be needed for O2 to balance your account (any refund, for example) - your MyO2 account will stop working as soon as the termination is processed. If you are moving networks, the easiest way is to use the PAC method as described in the cancellation guide above.
