Hi Only just got a sim contract for a Tablet for the wife, family have told me do not need sim for what it will be used for, tried online just go round in circles, 202 was no good, seems they do not want you to cancel, can I do it in a shop

Yes you can do it in store if it's within your change of mind timeslot.
