Hi, I have just upgraded to an iphone 8. Do I have to cancel my iphone 5 and the account and bill or does it all automatically get moved from the old phone to the new phone? Basically do I have to do anything. I cannot find a help line or chat. I do not want to be charged a bill each month for both phones.

@Babs Sounds like you have taken out a new contract. You will need to cancel the iPhone 5 contract but it will not affect the new contract. Guide to cancellation here
If you have upgraded & only have the iPhone 8 then you do not need to do anything as your tariff will have been updated when you upgraded
@Babs If you upgraded online or in store it will be one bill only if it was a new contract will the 2 continue check in myo2 and you will see it all
